At CHIP CHAMBER SDN BHD, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, you may be eligible for an exchange under the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:
- The item received is defective or damaged during shipping
- The item received is incorrect (e.g. wrong model, size, or part)
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item
- The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging
2. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange:
- Email us at chip_chamber@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your item
- Provide your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
3. Exchange Process
Once your request is approved:
- You must return the item to our warehouse within 7 business days
- Once received and inspected, we will ship the correct or replacement item at no additional cost (for eligible claims)
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Products marked as Clearance / Final Sale
- Products returned after 7 days without prior communication
5. Shipping Fees
- If the error is ours (e.g. wrong or faulty item), we will cover all shipping costs.
- If the exchange is requested for other reasons (e.g. buyer error), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
