Cancellation Policy

At CHIP CHAMBER SDN BHD, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following policy:

1. Cancellation Timeframe
   • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
   • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
   • Contact our customer service team at chip_chamber@outlook.com with your order number.
   • We will confirm if your order is eligible for cancellation.
3. Refund Processing
   • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
4. Exceptions
   • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
