Exchange Policy

At CHIP CHAMBER SDN BHD, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, you may be eligible for an exchange under the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item received is defective or damaged during shipping
  • The item received is incorrect (e.g. wrong model, size, or part)
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item
  • The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging

2. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at chip_chamber@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your item
  2. Provide your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days

3. Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

  • You must return the item to our warehouse within 7 business days
  • Once received and inspected, we will ship the correct or replacement item at no additional cost (for eligible claims)

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Products marked as Clearance / Final Sale
  • Products returned after 7 days without prior communication

5. Shipping Fees

  • If the error is ours (e.g. wrong or faulty item), we will cover all shipping costs.
  • If the exchange is requested for other reasons (e.g. buyer error), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
